Swindon Film Festival is organised by Pete Snowman of Festival Shorts. He does it entirely to avoid the train fares to Bristol/ London/ Edinburgh film festivals.

Technical expertise is provided by Jerry Cleaves of Purple Cinema and Michael Denner of Dolby Laboratories.
